I don't know if a product like this can ever get 5 stars given the circumstances. But for now I'm really glad I bought it! I'm 34 weeks into my 3rd pregnancy and while I've never needed anything like this with the other two, this one was far worse! It's hard to do anything around the house without it, but the last few days have been MUCH better with it! My only complaint is that some of the back support tends to wobble when I move around a lot, but I really don't think there's a workaround unless you're wearing something completely rigid. All in all a good product, great price.
