Review on 🔒 Colosus NDL319: Keyless Electronic Door Lock with Smartcode Security and Keypad – Grant, Control Access for Home, Office, Rental Property, Gym (Silver - 4 Key Fobs) by William Burnett

I bought this lock on 10-2019 but didn't install it until 01-2020. Here I am in 10-2020 and the lock no longer works. I was able to reset it to the original factory settings but couldn't change the master password. I turned to YouTube for help and the video with the same problem kept repeating. The bad thing about this whole fiasco is that the factory didn't solve these problems. Revane, you have dishonored yourself by promoting those cheap locks. Your customers deserve the best. I've tried to contact Revain Support with no success. I just lost over $100.00 without the right to seek help.
