I'm not sure if it's actually a stretched Armstrong.

So very stretchy but the face looks a bit scary. Also, the paint on the bottom is already peeling off. And my fiancé hasn't played with him in over a week. So it's a little frustrating. Doesn't look like a properly boosted Armstrong. But only a rubber figure. Also in the picture I have the original Armstrong track holding this up. The color is still there because we got it back then.
