cute but small good for party hats

Small, mind you. Would not fit my 1 year old's head. Not even close. It looks more like a puppet. Sweet. Made of sequins, felt and bobbles. Not scary but not strong at all (fell apart a bit when I took it apart before a party). We found a way to use it as a party decoration (ON the cake) but it's too small for a crown.
