Review on 🌀 Coolife Fascia Release and Cellulite Remover Roller: Unwind Muscles, Boost Circulation, and Promote Deep Tissue Therapy by Richard Gonzales

I love this little thing! I am a certified personal trainer and licensed massage therapist. I am also recovering after replacing the 360 Fusion L5 S1 drive. I'm really good at rehab, but for the past few years I've struggled with pain. This thing helps me break free and I'm obsessed! I got it a week ago and have been using it every day since. I got a few bruises on my arms, legs and thighs, but that should happen. I could tell it worked well because my immune system was overwhelmed. It's good! Not only did it help with the pain, but it also got rid of some areas of cellulite that I had been working on for years. I like it! Two things I would differentiate about the product. First I would put a rubber grip around the handle as there is a line down the middle where the two sides meet. If you use it like me, it can start to irritate your hand and even cause a blister. lol! Second, it's great for anything front of the body, but when you start working the back and shoulders it can get a little tricky. Putting this type of roller on a massage stick with two handles on the sides could very well get your back and shoulders on your own. Otherwise, it's the best thing to eat after sliced bread! Definitely worth $10, especially when compared to some overpriced $80 blasters. I just refuse to pay it. This works just as well, if not better! GOT IT.
