This is an excellent window sill for an 18 inch frame. Before ordering, I measured the height difference from the top of the frame/platform to the ground. Exactly 18" (Zinus Casey 18" bed frame) - This skirt was high quality and had a generous neckline. Originally it was too long and dragged across the floor. So I ran the length of the frame and stuck a safety pin in about 1 inch each side, on a vertical line (see photo) and it was perfect. Also note, although the skirt is not transparent. I ordered gold and it matches the color and hangs great. Now a new mattress has arrived, thrown right on top (*I also used a 5ft x 8ft non-slip mat between the metal slats and the top of the bed frame) and couldn't be happier. It completely hides the drawers under the bed.
