I bought this for a winter trip to New York. It was very cold and the jacket was very good. Stylish and warm. I'm 5ft 6" and have always bought large jackets and this time was no exception. The materials look and feel very high quality. Perhaps the only downside is that when you take off your jacket you can look like a duck as the filling is made of feathers and some feathers are tucked through your clothing. But it didn't really matter.
