We installed this system with a base station and four handsets. We run a small business from home so we need a two line system and that fits the bill perfectly. The possibilities are endless, but honestly, there are almost too many of them. It's confusing to customize the system to your liking, including connecting to your cell phones to add features you didn't know you needed at first. We quickly found that we couldn't live with the announcement of callers, so it took some effort to figure out how to turn it off. We love the ability to block unwanted calls, but we are dismayed that in 3 months we have already blocked over 150 unwanted calls from robots and counting every day. There is one problem that shouldn't be there and is the main reason for only 4 stars. The inscriptions on the tubes are obliterated in places. For example, you can no longer see the word "redial" that appears to have been erased by pressing the adjacent "OFF" button; The same applies to the "phone book" icon, which is located directly above the "talk" button. Also, the "CID" marker that shows where to click to view received calls is almost gone. In summary: the phone technically has a lot of features, although I doubt most people will use more than half of them; Each handset can be personalized with its location and whether or not it will ring, whether or not it will announce callers' voice and they all seem to work well. once you understand how to manage them. I couldn't find another system that would meet our needs with 2 lines and 4 satellites so I have to rate it as good considering all factors.
