Order received quickly and everything works as promised. Installation is easy by following the instructions in the manual or just watch the video tutorials on Youtube. The entire installation process takes no more than 15 minutes. The filter does exactly what it should. My wife and I have noticed that our hair and skin have improved. FYI, you need to run water through it for 5 minutes to "calibrate" the filter. You may notice some black water, but it will disappear after 5 minutes of running water.
