Review on EyeOnVisitor by Jason Ortiz

Easy to use software - very intuitive interface for all users in our small team (1 admin & 5 support staff). It's great for adding additional details about an individual (phone number, email address etc.) but also useful when you want to track who has signed up for things like seminars/webinars at your events. We have noticed some issues over time with certain browsers not being able to access the site via mobile phone apps which can be frustrating if you are attending remote meetings where you need to collect information quickly. I would recommend this system to anyone looking for functionality to help them complete their tasks more efficiently and easily! We've been using eyeonvisitor for many years now across multiple offices in different countries and we still get excited everytime a new feature gets added. A few examples include linking and tracking documents, creating emails templates The ease to use this program is amazing! I can not think of anything i dislike about this software. It has saved me so much time in entering information into our database. This saves us from having to manually enter every single piece of information required for each new client we meet! You don't have to worry about losing your license or forgetting someone's info if you are doing an impromptu meeting outside of work hours.
