Helpful for organizing teams & projects

I really like this integration with our Trello board! It's easy to use from any computer or mobile device. The best is that it can be integrated directly into your ticket tracking system so all workflows are in place at once. This makes management of tasks much easier when you have more people working on tickets across different functions/departments within an organization. Also being able to see what others colleagues are doing helps everyone stay organized as well! I don't think we realized how useful having such an extension would actually turn out - now if anyone wants something simple to make managing their own workflow efficient they should definitely try ducalis! We solved some problems which were not immediately apparent until after trying both tools together- e.g. before using DUCALIS there was no clear way to easily send emails through email clients but then again without trelloisendmail option available one could never know or understand its implications. Also at times with DUCALES team members who also worked remotely sometimes struggled keeping up. With help from support staff member we managed most things over skype meetings etc however due to lack of knowledge about ticketing systems I have been working with Ducalis since it's early beta stage. The interface is very intuitive and easy to understand. It's also very fast and responsive. Ducalis allows me to prioritize my tasks by their importance and by their due date. Sometimes, when I'm dealing with several tasks at once, it can be difficult to know which one should come first. Ducalis helps me find out what are the most important tasks in my queue. I like how simple and effective it is.
