Just what I needed for bike racks and bags
I needed basic tools to carry the bag, a tire inflator and a tube on the front of my e-bike to take the weight off the rear wheel. That was excellent. It fits under my handlebar wires and attaches securely to my stem and handlebar extension. Five attachment points and lots of velcro make it very flexible. It works just as well without an extension cord. It would not be convenient to shoot, and there is no way to unscrew it on a rough road.
