Not safe for a child! for rattles and plush rings

I just received them and I can already see the wear and tear. They're advertised as teething toys, but you can't rinse them out? Doesn't matter. My baby is drooling VERY profusely and you can already see moisture stains on the toys and a spot where the paint is starting to crack. Pretty but doesn't serve it's purpose!
