It's beautiful, but with every drop the paint starts to wear off. It doesn't leak, it was easy enough for my 6 year old to open/close and he says his milk stays cold all day (I also put ice packs in his lunch). You have to clean it every night, and longer you have to clean it with vinegar. In addition, the rubber on it is removable and must be removed for thorough cleaning at least once a week. There was some sort of transparent rubber ring in the lid that got lost, but it's still tight. Overall I would buy it again and probably will if this one is lost. I don't like metal beverage containers in general, they all give off that smell and metallic taste so it's not relevant to this container.
