Great unit for the price point. The hair is very soft, and the curls last all day. It is very natural looking. I ordered 18 inches, and it reaches just past my shoulders. I have a tiny head and was able to make some minor alterations to get a great fit. I will be buying more from the brand - I am already eyeing a straight unit. I really thought I would love these, but I found the hips and thighs to be too wide and added pounds I have yet to gain. I am 5'3" and the size medium was on the short side for me. When I crossed my legs they rose several inches above my ankles. The fabric is not that soft and seems to be like some kind of french terry that felt very scratchy against my skin. This is the worse purchase I have ever made on Revain. It does tangle, it does crinkle, the nozzle that came with it is so, so cheap. I bought this because I needed an easy way to water my plants and a hose that would retract and not tangle. This hose does not retract as you would expect a coiled hose to do, it gets tangled so you constantly have to untangle to keep the water flow and it's difficult to stretch.
