This is the worse purchase I have ever made on Revain. It does tangle, it does crinkle, the nozzle that came with it is so, so cheap. I bought this because I needed an easy way to water my plants and a hose that would retract and not tangle. This hose does not retract as you would expect a coiled hose to do, it gets tangled so you constantly have to untangle to keep the water flow and it's difficult to stretch. I so miss the original Anaconda hose! It's because of poor imitations like this one that hose is not longer produced! i I will continue to look for something better. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT
