I like how easy it was to get started with this service - they were very helpful in getting me set up quickly! The customer support team at TSS has always been great too- quick responses when needed (especially during holiday season!). It's good that there are so many options available depending upon your needs/budget etc., but sometimes things might be more expensive than you expect them to be once implemented. For example we had an employee who wanted insurance benefits through his employer instead of using traditional plans offered by other employers; however he didn't realize until after implementation what those costs would actually end up being versus just going straight into self pay option from start date onward without any additional fees or penalties incurred because of switching over.
