I like the fact that it is very easy to use and there is always someone available to help you out. There are too many things I like about this software! The ability to build reports in minutes instead hours or days depending how much detail you want into your report - which isn't often needed with more common jobs-the flexibility it has when creating multiple forms (ie job posts). That's not something that everyone knows until they use an application with built out reporting features so make sure it meets all those needs and consider asking questions before signing off. I like how easy it was to get started with this service - they were very helpful in getting me set up quickly! The customer support team at TSS has always been great too- quick responses when needed (especially during holiday season!).
