I like the interface, the way it helps you find people quickly. Sometimes it takes a few days for jobs to be posted, which can make searching harder than it needs to be. I dislike the fact you can't use it if you're not already signed up with them. It may seem very expensive at first glance, but there are benefits for your company to use this service.
