There are too many things I like about this software! The ability to build reports in minutes instead hours or days depending how much detail you want into your report - which isn't often needed with more common jobs-the flexibility it has when creating multiple forms (ie job posts). That's not something that everyone knows until they use an application with built out reporting features so make sure it meets all those needs and consider asking questions before signing off. Creating easy monthly performance reports at scale while keeping track of key employee metrics was what we were trying to solve but didn’t know if any existing products could do that well without going through several customizations each time there requirements changed.- Reports take less than 15 min per month on average to create.- Ability customize by adding fields from another data source easily via API access using Zapier integration into Salesforce CRM when necessary. The best part about working with TechSmarte is that they are very flexible to their employees needs. They understand what we need to do in order to be successful. I would recommend them to other businesses because they help you get the job done. There isn't anything I dislike about TechSmarte. If there was something I could change it would be how long it takes to fill positions. It's very quick and easy to fill positions.
