Quality service, reasonable pricing and really helpful team members
I like that they are very flexible in terms or what we need from them - sometimes it's just an hour here & there but when you have several months/years worth its important! Sometimes their price structure for services can be confusing so make sure your understanding everything before committing!! As far as cost goes this was definitely one area where i'm happy to say our experience has been great compared other larger firms out there who charge more per month than us (on average). We're solving problems around ticketing / reporting requirements across multiple applications within my org., including SharePoint Online + 365 Groups etc..
Pros
- They know both technology inside out AND business needs which is rare among most consulting companies today; plus pricing model makes sense especially if doing long term projects with many touch points over time..and lastly customer service level seems top notch too!!! No complaints at all :)
