I really like the look of a gel manicure but the expense can really add up when you go regularly. To save some money I thought I'd try and learn myself. I did a lot of research before deciding on a lamp and finally settled on this one because it had the highest reviews for the lowest price. I figured even if it didn't work I wouldn't be gone that much. Luckily this lamp works great! It's very easy to use and dries quickly even though my layers end up being a bit thicker than intended. Also a note for those who, like me, were a total newbie to gel polish: your base coat and colors will be a bit tacky. even after healing. The top coat will harden giving you a strong, perfectly polished look.
