updated 6/23/21 - Once again I received a letter from the brand "True Image" (not the seller) - an offer of money and cash equivalents in exchange for changing my rating, which really frustrates me, I've been turning down their numerous offers for the last few months. That last email even said it might not work even if they follow their instructions as the "chip" might be engineered to know that the original toner is empty (original review). I followed tee's instructions to remove the chip from my original cartridge, nothing worked.
