Note that if one of the cartridges leaks, you may not notice until you are ready to use the second. Impossible to return, so the money saved by buying an unbranded product is not a good idea. I'm disappointed. Cleaning the inside of the printer was a real challenge.

Everything about this product has worked so far. I couldn't tell any difference in quality compared to the printer supplied by the manufacturer. If I had to rummage around for something negative I would have to really make an effort to find something and that would be a chip change not that it would be hard to do with the tool that comes with this product anyway and the instructions on how to do it worked great , it's just the fact that it would be easier if you didn't have to, but like I said…

I have a small business and I print a lot. Of course, one of our biggest expenses is toner and ink. So it was a big plus to find such a product. While the chip was difficult to remove/transfer and I wish they had included some sort of chip removal tool, the overall cost and quality is comparable to an OEM product. I would say do it when you are least comfortable.
