Everything about this product has worked so far. I couldn't tell any difference in quality compared to the printer supplied by the manufacturer. If I had to rummage around for something negative I would have to really make an effort to find something and that would be a chip change not that it would be hard to do with the tool that comes with this product anyway and the instructions on how to do it worked great , it's just the fact that it would be easier if you didn't have to, but like I said I'll definitely get them back when the time comes. I've also noticed the 'low ink' notification that comes up when using the printer, but once I cleared the warning it works as it should, just wanted to add this here. All in all, the difference in price for the same quality makes it worth the little simple work of changing the chip and turning off the low ink warning. Sometimes it goes unnoticed, but my guess is the seller/manufacturer of the product. I have contacted me several times to make sure everything is ok and wanted to make sure there is nothing they can do to improve my purchase. Good customer service is no longer commonplace and deserves praise when it's done.
