UPDATE #2: 6/30/31: I received a $115 Revain gift card and applied it to my account. VERY happy with the resolution of this issue. Good customer service from the seller. I will order other toner cartridges from this seller and maybe try the 'new and improved' 58X compatible in the future. UPDATE 6/28/21: The seller offered an updated, improved product or a full refund by choosing a full refund. After receiving the refund, it will be changed to 3 stars. In theory it sounds very simple, just pull off a couple of tabs, pull out the chip and put it in a new toner cartridge. IT IS NOT SO EASY. The tools (tweezers) included in the kit are not of the best quality, the tongues are difficult to detach. Once this has happened, the chip does not "simply slip out”. We finally got one and haven't been able to fit it into the new cartridge yet. We completely messed up a chip trying to get it out of the cartridge and couldn't "stick" it into the new cartridge as again the tweezers aren't very good and it's just really heavy. We had 3 people trying. We're only going to use HP for this printer and now we're stuck with two of these non-chip toners that we can't return because 30 days have passed. :(
