Put it together today and for the most part it was pretty painless. I had to sharpen the training wheels a bit. The metal was bent and the powder coating was too thick. I could not insert them into the stabilizers according to the instructions. After landing, they glide normally. Terrible instructions! They include every bike they make as a guide. At first I was a little confused by the training wheels as they didn't ride properly so I settled on the owner's manual (which is unusual for me). I dug around and found it, but it took me a while. The rest of the bike is great. As others have said, the parts do not move freely. I think this will break down over time. What I like most about the bike is that it doesn't have any ridiculous jewelry. I think that's what attracts me the most since it's been used for many years. It's a little pricey, but I've been known to spend more for less. The quality isn't bad and the style holds up as my son's tastes change.
