So disappointed was a gift for my 2 year old birthday he was very excited and happy but I received the wrong parts and couldn't not assemble . How can I explain this to my son?

I bought this bike for my 2 year old daughter because she wanted a bike after seeing her siblings at the track and is a big fan of baby sharks. When I received the bike (which I received on time) and took it out of the box. I had everything there, all parts, instructions, everything. Assembly was easy and the instructions were clear. Disappointed with training wheels. They wobble and don't lie flat on the ground which makes it difficult for my child to balance while learning to ride. For the price I expected better quality. Nice design.

I was concerned that this bike would be too big for a 3 year old. My daughter played around with the pedals for at least one day, but on the second day she was flying around the cabin, and on the third she was already speeding down the street. This bike is sturdy and has only needed a small amount of air to inflate the tires over the past 6 months. White tires are not as dirty as I thought.
