Great product, just one mistake

I like this product for its versatility, the presence of all open sockets that can be turned on and off individually. I also like the ability to plug a USB device into it for charging or powering a small device. I even love the fact that there is a wireless phone charger, but that's the downside. We only used the phone charger once and for some reason it got hot. So hot that you could hardly touch it without burning yourself. I have no idea why this happened or what caused it. All I know is that we set it up according to the manufacturer's instructions. We didn't overload it with associated things, in fact, as far as I remember, we didn't have anything associated with it. The charger got so hot that we are afraid to use it again for fear of burning our phone. This is a big issue for us and hence the reason for the three star rating. Had this not happened I would have given it five stars.

Pros

When a metal object or a device without wireless charging function is detected on it, the foreign object detection indicator flashes blue. The anti-slip pad on the top prevents the device from slipping slightly.
Cons
  • I don't remember, but there was something
