The customer support team, who are always willing to help you out with your enquiries! They make sure that all of our orders go through smoothly without issue. Sometimes when I am having an issue they will say "we have no idea what it could be" but usually within minutes they find another cause or solution which makes them happy enough about their work. It's not much as such - we don't really dislike anything at this point in time (apart from maybe some UI/UX improvements). But more importantly there isn't too many things wrong either so overall positive feedback here. We use ShopForms primarily because we can create customisable landing pages easily using its drag & drop page builder feature; also allows us to sell multiple products simultaneously if required (e.g., selling both t-shirts and sweatshirts) by setting up different pricing rules depending upon whether the product.
