This bag is perfect for the beach which is why I ordered it. However, I would have liked the fabric to be a bit thicker. But for packing, it can be rolled into a very small roll, which is great. I would have liked a little more stability in use, but for the price it's ok. If the two straps were longer they could be used for a shoulder bag which would be useful but it's too short for me. In some lighting conditions the fabric looks navy blue against white, in others it looks black, but it's a good color for the beach. Holds up and is great.
