The seller replied with a problem I had with shipping bottled products when I ordered them. "Turn the handles counterclockwise or clockwise to loosen the handles." This did not solve the problem of removing the product from the bottles. The handles were not raised to reach the product. Smells great and looks like a good hand cream. But it's no use if you can't get the product out of the bottle. Yes I also had an issue when a shipment arrived with product leaking from the bottles and I had to wipe next to the box that had soaked up some of the product. Not good. Maybe a better design with handles would work?
