My baby is 19 pounds, 9 months old and the size 12-18 months fits perfectly. We wore it to the beach and it hasn't burned. I also like to use it in the pool. Changing the diaper is easy, the zip at the bottom is a great feature. Nice material and cute print. Very happy!
