Review on Newlight66 by Justin Malkowski

As a buyer who frequents Newlight66, I've observed a decrease in both the quality of the things they sell and the level of customer support they provide. Recently, I was shipped an item that was broken, and it took me a number of efforts to reach out to their customer support team to obtain a response. Even when I sent the item back, I was not provided with a remedy that was satisfactory. I am dissatisfied with the overall drop in quality, and as a result, I would be hesitant to suggest that other people use Newlight66.
