This thing is huge and can support a 17 inch laptop (I currently use an Asus G750). I really like this stand because it's particularly good for demonstrating aim and demonstrating torque. The stand is rock solid and, despite being made out of plastic, has an incredible support mechanism with tiny wheel bearings embedded underneath. Not only can this thing be used by other people for TV stands and TV sets, but it can also be used universally with whatever you think works best! Not only do I use it to demonstrate moments and rotate expensive equipment 360 degrees with ease, but I also use this ability to repair large electronics. As an electronics hobbyist, I'm constantly repairing/soldering multiple devices or tech-related objects just for the fun of it, and honestly, who doesn't love to save or make money? The rotation effect helps me a lot as I would normally be working on parts of an electronic board/device and then have to face the board or object or even my body to get to the other side. With a rotating kneeboard, I can now stay in one position and simply move the surface the object is resting on and access all those hard-to-reach places without having to worry about movement, as rotation replaces all necessary movement. I highly recommend this board! Very affordable and a great help for those who need to fix laptops, electronics or simply rotate an object weighing around 200 pounds 360 degrees.
