I would give 5 stars but if the power goes out the plugs reset before the modem. If the plug is reset before the modem, it will not connect to the network. My modem is brand new and it takes about 3 minutes to reconnect after power is restored. As a result, surebets are not available for the Alex or Meross apps. I have to unplug and plug each one back in for it to connect to wifi. They claim to reconnect automatically but I don't have 10 twice. I've lost power here in the Northeast two days in a row due to a storm. When I try to turn on the light to Alexa it says the plugs are not turned on or plugged in. The next day the same thing happened and the Meross app reported that the connectors were not available. Otherwise the plugs work great but I have 10 and have to move furniture to unplug and plug back in when the power goes out.
