This mini stabilizer is great for those just starting out with stabilized video. I have another universal camera/stabilizer and it works pretty smoothly. It requires your own phone to record video and the stabilization was comparable to my AIO when I took a test video just to see how smooth the video was. I love that there's a tripod mount that can be toggled on and off if you want to leave it standing on its own and a soft case to put everything in was a very nice bonus. I can easily put it in my travel backpack as it's very compact and seems pretty well made. Haven't tested it in a while but seems like the battery will last a while, but I'll update my review if it doesn't. Using and remembering the button functions can take quite a bit of memorization, but just through trial and error and without reading the manual I was able to figure out some of the functions, like re-centering and tilt lock, so I'm pretty sure it is. After a few uses, it will be easy to figure out which buttons do what. Overall this product seems to be of good quality and I can't wait to shoot great stabilized videos with it when traveling and on the go!
