I received this computer yesterday, I bought it to replace my son's computer for school which had a cracked screen. He liked it just by looking at it, but couldn't use it once. My son tried to use it in class, but the computer was so slow that he couldn't connect in zoom mode, couldn't close windows and the browser. was very slow. When I contacted Revain product support, they put me in touch with HP who were trying to get me to pay for storage space on a laptop that I wasn't already using. When I refused to connect back to Revain, the rep was very condescending and decided to point out that it was a refurbished computer (which infuriated me). Well my understanding is that the certs lied that an updated computer means like new i.e. I don't have to pay storage fees or anything to get this computer working. It definitely wasn't worth my money, time or effort. It's not worth it at all!
