Highly, HIGHLY recommended! I bought this for my kitten after she was neutered and avoided TWO different types of bumps. It was very soft, gave her a lot of flexibility and covered/protected the surgical site. Every time I put it on her, she immediately calmed down and rested - that's what she had to do. I think she probably felt like a straitjacket because she was definitely hiding as she weighed the world! However, it was very easy. Pretty easy to put on and take off.
