Easy to use, does not burn hair
At first I liked it, I thought it was something different. I don't know what I was thinking but I ended up loving this product. Not heavy, straightens hair well the first time. I'm black American so my hair is about a 4B/4C. I haven't actually used it to really straighten my hair, just to straighten my hair before the braids. So for the purpose I use it because I like it.
