Legs may be long, but it depends on your build. I ordered a large and figured the inseam would match 32" or 33" jeans. Not a problem for me as I will only wear them at home / as pajama bottoms. I slept in it last night and found it very comfortable and didn't get hot. Ideally they would cost 15, but I don't feel cheated by paying 20. I will update my review if there are any durability issues but my first impressions are very positive.
