The horn is very easy to use. You just twist it and pull to make it longer, and then twist it again to lock it in place. It feels very sturdy and well made. If I had a slightly bigger purse I’d be able to bring it with me, but the horn does come with a strap attached to the handle if you want to hook it onto something. I got this because I was sick of struggling to put on my ankle high boots. The boots are in my size, but I could never fit my feet through the top. The horn worked like a charm— my feet slide right!
