I bought this dress to wear for my college graduation, which is in three days. The dress would have fit perfectly. However, it is very clear it was used and returned. I ordered a medium in black. The elastic and rubber band that holds the top of the dress up is completely rippled and warped. It’s been stretched beyond recognition. The dress fits perfects except the top does not lay flat because of the warped top. Not only is the elastic ruined, the dress has deodorant stains and reeks of sunblock. I am extremely disappointed to say the least. It is unprofessional to sell a used product. The right thing to do would be to overnight a new medium dress, so that I can wear it to graduation as planned. Through no fault of my own I now have nothing to wear to a very important event. There is no way to contact this company directly to ask to have this resolved. Please make this right :(
