I bought this after trying a cheaper brand and having problems. The build quality of the cheaper brand was better than this, but it occasionally lost signal for a second or two. This product reproduces a completely distorted image. I can see the start menu, but it's a pixelated mess. My signal path is: RTX 3080 Displayport -> DP to HDMI Adapter -> 30" Certified 18Gbps HDMI Cable -> LG OLED TV The signal path works fine when I connect the HDMI output to my 3080 without an adapter, but I need this port for something else.
