It takes a little getting used to, but not nearly as long as the mask itself.
I personally always wrinkle my nose to feel comfortable wearing a mask, this certainly takes some getting used to, but certainly less than the mask itself. Once you put it on and get used to it, you'll feel a lot more "natural" than just wearing a mask. You have to be careful that the mask is positioned correctly, but otherwise it's fine.
