Not designed for '99 Ford Taurus Duratec.
Purchased for my 1999 Ford Taurus Wagon, DOHC 24V. Does not fit this car. If you need a PCV for this model and year, keep looking. This PCV is about 1-2 millimeters taller under the crest than Ford's OEM PCV. No matter what you do, the PCV never fully shrinks and always mows and comes out of the base easily. I don't know how to explain it. This Standard Motor Products PCV has too long a base on the PCV to fit and seat properly. This PCV will not work for a '99 Ford Taurus and I assume all other Fords use the same PCV part number. Cannot recommend the product as it does not fit.
