It would be nice if the packaging was better
This got two stars because the parts that actually stretch properly feel quite comfortable. Unfortunately, my topper is unusable. I've sat airing and inflating for a week and about 1 foot from each end is still perfectly flat. I spent almost $200 on it and can't even use it. Yes, I know returns are free, but what's the problem with repackaging and shipping such a large item? This should not be my problem as I received a defective item. There has to be a better way to wrap them. What a waste of money.
