I put this cooler on the xeon e5440 processor with a frequency of 2.8 GHz. I had to pull out the motherboard, remove the radiator from the north bridge, otherwise the fastening latch did not want to be inserted. The results of this cooler pleasantly surprised me, the average t in idle fell by 10-15 degrees (it stays around 30-35 degrees), compared to the boxed cooler. During the stress test, AID64 t fell even lower (by 20-25 degrees! ) and is now 50-52, and this is the hottest core. In general, the purchase is very satisfied. I advise everyone to buy for not the hottest processors. Now you can experiment with overclocking, there is a reserve!
