I bought from Techorbits seller and they were delivered quickly and securely packaged. This is perfect for my new but damaged Samsung Chromebook. Easy change in 10-15 minutes. First, carefully remove the front of the display frame, touching only the inner frame with your fingertips. It snaps into place, so the digging under the bezel's plastic cover gradually comes loose. (Make sure your Chromebook is powered off throughout this process). Then loosen the four corner micro screws. Carefully place the old screen with the attached cable face down on the keyboard. Look at the cable connector with a magnifying glass and you will see a tiny jumper wire that lies across the cable connection. Simply lift the wire rod with your fingertip and gently fold the rod back. Then gently pull out the connector clip to disconnect. Remove and discard any damaged screens. Replace with a new sieve in reverse order. Be careful when reconnecting the connector terminal and make sure it is fully seated back into the bracket before flipping the cable bracket down over the terminal. A magnifying glass is very helpful to see if the connection is correct. Once reconnected, fold the new screen back into the rear frame and tighten the four corner screws. Then remove the protective film from the screen. CAREFULLY snap the faceplate of the bezel into place. VERY CAREFULLY use small fingers to pinch the front and back of the bezel frame together. Small latches on the entire outside of the frame. WARNING: If you press too hard, the new screen may break and you will have to start over. Much luck.
