I like that it helps me track my work, organize tasks, send emails with reminders, keep records of customers and other important details about our client’s accounts. It can get overwhelming sometimes trying to navigate through all the features but if used correctly then it is very helpful for tracking information between departments as well as internally within an organization. My only complaint would be that they could add more advanced functionalities such as being able to customize fields or create reports which are usually done by users who have experience using this software. We use it mainly for keeping record of our clients' account information as well as internal communication among staff members.
